Behind the vision

Allison Leketa, Owner

  

I began my career in 2006 as an Assistant Program Manager with a well-known Marketing firm based out of New York. I was responsible for scheduling events and facilitating trainings throughout the U.S. for our Fortune 500 clients.

I began my career in 2006 as an Assistant Program Manager with a well-known Marketing firm based out of New York. I was responsible for scheduling events and facilitating trainings throughout the U.S. for our Fortune 500 clients. 


In 2008, I began working with the world’s largest hotel company in Group and Catering Sales. During my 14-year tenure I held multiple positions throughout the Southeast and South-Central states, assisting clients with finding the right location for their conferences and events, all while staying within budget. 


 In the fall of 2022, I transitioned out of the hospitality industry and began working as a contract Meeting Consultant for growing businesses. In this role, I planned events and trainings across multiple cities, handling everything from venue scouting to contract negotiations for groups ranging from 10 to 300 attendees. 


 My passion for helping others has always driven my work, and I find genuine fulfillment in planning meetings and events—both professionally and personally.
